Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement engaging EHS training and awareness programs
- Create course materials in collaboration with subject-matter experts to suit technical and administrative safety needs
- Deliver classroom, field, and hands-on training, ensuring content quality and consistency
- Coordinate with HR on employee development and maintain EHS training records
- Lead instructor-led, online, and blended learning sessions to maximize impact
- Continuously improve content and teaching techniques using best industry practices and incident data
- Manage and promote EHS recognition programs to inspire a culture of safety
- Utilize digital tools such as EHS websites and online learning platforms
- Respond to specialized training requests, supporting a diverse and dynamic workforce
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, or Education (with science emphasis), from an accredited university
- At least 8–10 years of teaching and training experience in EHS or a related field
- Strong background developing and delivering training in environmental, health, or safety disciplines
- Fluent English communication, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
- Proficient with computers and presentation tools
- Flexible to work in both classroom and outdoor environments, and able to support different shifts as needed
- Team player with an innovative mindset and commitment to continuous learning
Preferred:
- Previous experience in EHS training for industrial or construction projects
- Strong technical writing skills and proven ability to simplify complex topics
