Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Provide expert advice to students on financial wellbeing, budgeting, and managing funds.
- Support students in obtaining financial aid, scholarships, and emergency funding.
- Deliver workshops and one-on-one sessions on money management.
- Work closely with university staff and external partners to enhance student support services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of student funding regulations and university policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong understanding of financial management or student support services (experience in higher education is an advantage).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to show empathy and maintain confidentiality for students in need.
- Knowledge of financial regulations relevant to higher education is preferred.
Salary Range: £32,080 – £35,608 per year (Grade G)
