Requirements
- Postgraduate qualification in counselling, psychotherapy, clinical psychology, or related field.
- Proven experience leading counselling/mental health services in a higher education or similar environment.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and sensitive cases.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Commitment to mental health advocacy, student-focused service delivery, and inclusivity.
