Responsibilities
- Provide tailored support and guidance to students with autism, ensuring inclusive access to education and university life.
- Collaborate with academic staff and external partners to develop individual support plans.
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs and recommend adjustments.
- Deliver workshops and training sessions to raise awareness of autism and inclusive best practices across campus.
- Keep accurate records, produce clear reports, and monitor the effectiveness of support provided.
- Stay up-to-date with HSE and mental health guidelines to maintain a safe, supportive setting.
