Your Role: Responsibilities & Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and enhance HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) data management, training, and communication for multiple major projects.
  • Create, develop, and manage technical and visual materials for training, awareness campaigns, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives for workplace health and safety.
  • Prepare and analyze surveys, reports, and trends to drive actionable recommendations and improve ES&H performance.
  • Maintain and update web-based resources, SharePoint files, databases, forms, and records related to ES&H programs.
  • Collaborate with expert teams and authorized service providers to deliver high-impact training and content.
  • Monitor and optimize communication plans, ensuring timely sharing of important HSE updates across multiple platforms.
  • Contribute to the adoption of new technologies and AI tools to enhance data visibility and engagement across the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) in Environmental Science, Safety, Health, Education, or a related scientific field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant HSE/process improvement experience (or 5-6 years of substantial relevant work experience).
  • Strong skills in data analysis, report writing, and administration.
  • Proficiency with digital design, analytics, and artificial intelligence tools (a plus).
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with diverse teams across large organizations preferred.
  • Effective communicator who can facilitate training and awareness sessions both online and in person.
  • Fluency in English required; Portuguese is a strong advantage.
  • Flexible to work hybrid: part-time remote, with possibility for scheduled onsite presence.
