Key Responsibilities and Requirements
As a Progress and Engagement Coach, your main responsibility will be to guide, motivate, and support students as they adapt to their academic environment. You will help them achieve their learning goals, monitor progress, and encourage active engagement in their studies and campus life.
Responsibilities
- Coaching students on time management, study techniques, and personal development.
- Monitoring student progress and providing one-to-one guidance or group workshops.
- Identifying students who need extra support and developing tailored action plans.
- Collaborating with academic staff to ensure each student reaches their full potential.
- Organizing events and activities to boost engagement and well-being.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Education, Psychology, or similar preferred).
- Experience working with young adults in an educational setting.
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
