Key Responsibilities and Requirements
Your Main Duties:
- Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of programs that support social mobility and widen participation in higher education.
- Collaborate with internal teams, local schools, and community partners to develop strategic outreach initiatives.
- Use data and feedback to review program effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement.
- Guide and mentor junior staff, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Represent King’s College London at relevant events, workshops, and conferences, building strong partnerships.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong background in social mobility, widening participation, education, or a related field.
- Proven experience designing and managing outreach or access projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyse data and report on impact.
- Experience working in higher education or with youth/community groups is a plus.
