Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized support and guidance to students, promoting their welfare and academic success
- Serve as a first point of contact for student welfare issues, offering advice and signposting to specialist services
- Assist in developing and implementing programmes and resources to improve student wellbeing
- Collaborate closely with academic and administrative staff to foster a supportive, inclusive environment
- Maintain confidentiality and follow UCL’s policies and procedures at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in student support, welfare, or a related advisory role
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- A compassionate, professional approach to sensitive situations
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion
Salary: £43,374 – £51,860 per annum, plus benefits
